Celebrate the beauty and diversity of roses at the 2025 Rose Show: “A Rainbow of Roses”, hosted by the Albuquerque Rose Society on Saturday, May 17 at the Albuquerque Garden Center. This vibrant community event invites everyone to participate—no society membership required!
There are three divisions for entries:
- 🌹 Horticulture – Show off your best blooms, from Hybrid Teas to Shrubs.
- 🧑🎨 Arrangements – Creative floral designs that highlight color and form.
- 📸 Photography – Capture the magic of roses through your lens.
Whether you're a seasoned grower or new to showing, this is a great way to get involved, learn from experts, and enjoy a day surrounded by fellow rose lovers. Keep an eye out for updates as the full show schedule is still being finalized.
To prepare, check out helpful 5-minute grooming videos from ARS members Kitty and the late Bob Belendez, especially for those showing Hybrid Teas. And remember, even if your roses don’t fit that mold, there are plenty of categories where they can shine!
