Help make a difference in your community during One Albuquerque Cleanup Day, the city’s largest single-day cleanup event, happening Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. In celebration of Earth Day, residents across Albuquerque are encouraged to team up and tidy their neighborhoods, parks, and public spaces.
Hosted by Keep Albuquerque Beautiful and the Solid Waste Management Department, this annual event empowers volunteers to:
Clean around homes, sidewalks, parks, and shared spaces
Receive free cleanup supplies from the city
Organize groups via neighborhood associations or with friends
Properly dispose of trash at designated drop-off locations
Important: Hazardous items, construction materials, and certain bulky waste are not eligible for pickup. Each group must monitor its designated cleanup area.
Participation is free, but registration is required by April 5 through the City’s volunteer portal.
